What is Web 2.0?

Web 2.0

The exact definition of "Web 2.0" is a bit elusive.  The intention is to characterize that a shift in how the Internet is being used is underway.  The first web generation depended heavily on static information pages which amounted to not more than a company brochure.  Web 2.0 made the transition to more database driven and dynamic web sites.  Web 2.0 also introduced the concept of social networking ( e.g. Facebook and YouTube).  Web 3.0 is heading towards a much richer web site experience.

Our site is focusing on the creation of robust marketing experiences for manufacturing companies to help sales grow. The total marketing experience will combine multiple technologies - the Internet, print media, sound, video, database driven applications, telephony.  Whatever is a viable solution to grow sales.

We believe in starting small and growing.  "How do you eat an elephant?  One bite at a time."  We focus on short projects with a fast turnaround.  If you aren't first to market, then what's the use?

We really don't know yet what is going to be different in a Web 3.0 environment as compared to Web 2.0.   We are definitely going to stay tuned and make sure that our service offerings reflect the latest and greatest.
