When you login to the system, a "User Menu" should appear somewhere on your screen, as illustrated below (yours may have some differences from the illustration).

A brand new article is submitted by clicking on the "Submit An Article" hyperlink. the first part of the newly displayed screen is the same WYSIWYG editor window described in the "Editting Content" window. When you scroll further down, you will see the form fields listed below:
Make sure you pick a section and category for your article. If you don't, the article will not appear on your site.

These fields control where the new article will be placed within your web site. The sections drop down field should be very limited. The category drop down field controls where your content will appear. Be sure to pick a value for each of these fields.
If the "Published" option is marked "No", the article will not appear on your web site. Obviously, you want it to appear, so make sure the answer is "Yes".
The "Front Page" option controls whether or not the article will be displayed on the front page in addition to the category that you chose. If you only want it to appear in a specific category, choose "Show On Front Page" as no.
In most cases you do not have to worry about the metadata description and keywords. If you complete these fields, the unique values you specify will be used in the underlying HTML of your published page to describe the content on this page. These fields are used by the search engines to help improve the ranking of your page.
