Note: This article is for email accounts that have been created by Non Stop Portals. These accounts are hosted by Non Stop Portals as opposed to another web hosting provider.
WebMail Access
Type your website address into an Internet browser, followed by "/webmail". For example:
http://www.nonstopportals.com/webmail
You would substitute your domain name for "nonstopportals.com". For example:
http://www.gallowayandassoc.com/webmail
A popup screen will appear asking for your email user name and password. Your user name and password should have been provided to you in a separate email. Contact us if you do not have your user name and password.

Password: jerry
If the plus sign ("+") format does not work, change it to the at sign ("@").
If your login is successful, you should see if the following screen:

You have a choice of three email programs to access your email via a web browser: Horde, SquirrelMail, and Round Cube. It does not matter which one you choose.
Change Password
Before you choose an email client, pay attention to the choices on the bottom of the screen. The change password option allows you to reset your own personal password from the choice that we have initially provided you.
Configure Mail Client
When you click on this option instructions for setting up a variety of email software clients is available, including: Microsoft Outlook, Thunderbird, gMail. Non Stop Portals will be happy to assist in helping you to set up your email client and test your email account to make sure you can send and receive email.
Check Your Email
Now pick one of the three email programs and proceed to your email account. You can send and receive email through the Internet browser at any time.
Your email account keeps incoming emails on the server according to the settings that you make in your email software client. For example, in Microsoft Outlook you can choose to leave a copy on the email server in addition to having a copy in Outlook. If you do not choose the "leave a copy on the server" option, the copy on the server will be deleted once it has been downloaded to Outlook.
